Tips to get loans, personal and business loans
Great Post! With todays economic environment is difficult to obtain loans, and is not really based on rates but on the financial institutions willingness to lend. Unfortunatelly with today's credit environment loans that were given just on basis of a good credit score and earnings history (business loans for start ups) are hard to get particularly if you have bad credit.

There are four basic components for a business loan, Assets, collateral, cash flow, and personal credit history, as the bank will evaluate your credit worthiness to award a loan.

At first as I look at the dollar bill I can't help but notice the expression of George Washington. The artist's states the obvious in the photo; agony and shock "Oh Shit". The dollar bill is wrinkled and looks to have been used a lot. These are the feelings of the average American citizens who are losing their jobs and trying to stretch the dollar.
